How information is handled on this website — what reaches us, why, and what we do not collect here.
This document is placeholder content prepared for the website build. It has not been reviewed or approved by Payaura's legal advisers and must not be relied upon as published policy. Clauses that require a client or legal decision are marked below.
About this policy
This policy explains how information is handled on the Payaura corporate website. It covers this website only. It does not cover any future Payaura application, portal or service, each of which will publish its own policy.
Information we collect
This website does not require an account and does not ask you to sign in. Information reaches us in two ways:
- Details you submit through an enquiry form — your name, mobile number, email address, company or business name, city, the partner category you select, and any message you write.
- Standard technical information generated when a browser requests a page, such as the request time, the page requested and general device information. This is used to keep the site available and secure.
How we use information
Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether there is a fit with a Payaura partner track. Technical information is used to operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
What not to send us here
This website is not a document-collection channel. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, card details, or any other sensitive personal or financial information through the forms on this site. If a verification step is required at a later stage, it will happen through a channel designed for it.
How long we keep information
Enquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the enquiry, and thereafter only where a legitimate business or legal reason requires it. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.
Awaiting client / legal inputThis clause is incomplete by design.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and enquiry submissions are transmitted to our infrastructure over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests can be made through the contact channel published on our contact page. The rights available to you, and how they are exercised, are to be confirmed against the applicable data protection framework.
Awaiting client / legal inputThis clause is incomplete by design.
Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as Payaura develops. When it does, the revised policy will be published on this page with a new review date.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be raised through the form on our contact page. A dedicated privacy contact will be published once confirmed.
